David James - Owner

David James has been serving the Apache Junction and surrounding communities since the 80's. Today he owns James Tire Sales, James Tire Wholesale, James Motorsports LLC and is still involved with day to day operations for all companies. He started just like his son (Austin) straight out of college and into the family business managing the tire store when the employees out aged him by 10+ years. His father (Garland) was responsible for starting James Tire Sales in Tucson way back in the 50's but David is one of the main reasons the tire store is as successful as it is today. Davids mental fortitude in overcoming daily challenges is one of the main reasons for his success. David has 3 sons (30- Justin, 27- Austin, 21-Gunner) and has also made it his personal goal for the last 30 years to provide honest and reliable sales and service to his community. David has always been a numbers driven, competitive guy and that translates into his hobbies where he enjoys playing poker as he is ranked 25,984th on the all time money list.

Austin James has been out in Apache Junction helping the family businesses since he was just a little boy. Sweeping the warehouse, busting tires, transporting vehicles and more. Now he is 31 years old and part owner of James Motorsports LLC and has devoted his life to providing hard working customers with reliable and affordable used vehicles. He is committed to changing the negative stereotype around 'used car dealers" by providing a transparent stress free and easy sales approach. He made this his mission coming out of college where he studied business and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Management at Arizona State. Now putting those skills to good use, he manages the day-to-day operations of James Motorsports LLC and aids in some of the daily operations of our sister company James Tire Sales. Austin realizes that none of this would be possible without the hard work of his grandfather (Garland) and his father (David) who built this company to what it is today.

Rick has been in the car business for over 30 years. He has worked the parts counter, been a service advisor, and has managed high-volume parts and service departments. He brings a unique blend of technical experience and the necessary touch of excellent customer service to every person that walks through our doors. It's Rick's goal to ensure customer confidence in the vehicle they select and in the team they have decided to do business with.

Judy has been one of our most loyal employees for the last 18 years. She is responsible for answering and directing your calls to the right person and deals with the office work that presents new challenges every single day. She does so much for our company and is your first point of contact when you walk into our store. She is a great problem solver and extremely ingenious and it shows in her work everyday.
